Use of Data in the iOS App and App Tracking Transparency
In the iOS app, Regrab collects and uses personal data and usage data to enable the operation of the Platform, including accounts, listings, searches, orders, purchases, sales, payments, security, fraud prevention, customer support, internal analytics and service improvement.
Unless the User has given separate explicit consent, Regrab does not use such data to track the User across third-party apps, websites or services and does not share such data with third parties for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking purposes.
If Regrab introduces tools, SDKs or partners that involve tracking activities under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency rules, the iOS app will request the User’s prior consent through the relevant system prompt before enabling such processing.
Refusal of consent to tracking does not prevent the User from using the core functionalities of the Platform, except for any optional services that may require such consent.
