What is Regrab?

Regrab is the first vertical marketplace dedicated exclusively to board sports practiced on water, asphalt, and snow. We don’t sell everything: we only target those who share our passion for these sports. This specialization is what makes us unique.

What kind of equipment can I find?

On Regrab, you can buy and sell board sports equipment divided into four main macro areas, each further organized into specific categories to suit your passions:

  • Water: hydrofoil, windsurf, kitesurf, surf, SUP, wake, and accessories
  • Skate: classic skate, surfskate, cruiser, longboard, and accessories
  • Snow: snowboard, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, and accessories
  • Clothing: streetwear, technical clothing for water sports, technical clothing for winter sports, footwear, bags and accessories, electronics

What is our mission?

We want to give new life to sports equipment and build a solid, knowledgeable, and authentic community. Our goal is to become the European reference point for buying and selling board sports equipment, both new and used.

Why did we create Regrab?

Because the second-hand market was too fragmented, confusing, and often unsafe. We decided to create an environment designed specifically for enthusiasts, where trust, quality, and passion are at the center of everything.

What can you do on Regrab?

You can sell, buy, or discover sports equipment in a smart, safe, and connected way. You’ll find used products from reliable riders, leftover stock, unique pieces, prototypes, and even new items from selected stores.

Is Regrab a social network?

No. We are not aiming to create a social platform, but a place where equipment circulates, experience circulates, and value returns to the community.

How does buying work?

Browse the listings, use technical filters, and buy safely. The payment is held in a secure payment system and released only after you have received the package and confirmed that the product matches the description. You have 48 hours to report any issues and initiate a return.

How does selling work for individuals?

You can post your ad for free using categories and technical attributes designed for each sport. Once sold, you have 5 days to ship the package and enter the tracking number. You manage everything from your personal area.

How much does it cost to sell as an individual?

Zero commissions. 100% of the sale is yours. The only possible deductions are Stripe fees, which vary according to the payment method and the buyer’s country.

How much does it cost to buy?

We apply a Purchase Protection fee equal to €1 + 3% of the product value, with a maximum cap of €30 per transaction.

What does the Purchase Protection fee cover?

Everything needed to guarantee both parties a safe transaction:

  • Secure and traceable payment system
  • We keep your money safe until the purchase or return is completed successfully
  • If something is wrong with the purchased product, you have the right to return it to the seller
  • Human support in case of problems
  • Management of reports for non-compliant products

It’s our internal guarantee system.

How do we guarantee security and transparency?

All payments are handled through Stripe, a secure and certified external platform. Funds remain blocked until the buyer’s confirmation. We constantly monitor listings, suspicious sellers, and reviews. Every user can leave feedback and contribute to a reliable community.

Are the reviews reliable?

Yes, on Regrab every review is real and verified. Only those who have actually purchased a product can leave a review for that specific seller. This way, we ensure authentic feedback that helps the entire community make more informed choices.

When can you request a return or refund?

You can always request a return on Regrab within 48 hours of receiving the product. Every seller who posts a listing on the platform accepts this rule and commits to describing items clearly, honestly, and completely.

Can I start a return if I change my mind?

Yes, returns are always accepted on Regrab. That said, please think carefully before purchasing: returns for a simple change of mind waste both your time and the seller’s, and the return shipping cost remains your responsibility.

How do I report a problem and within what timeframe?

You have 48 hours from delivery to report an issue with the order through your user area.

Who pays the costs in case of return?

If requested by the buyer, the seller is required to accept the return. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The buyer is refunded the initial shipping costs, but not the Regrab Secure Payment fee.

Is Regrab also suitable for shops and businesses?

Absolutely. We collaborate with shops, brands, and retailers, who can sell both new and used material. We offer dedicated plans to support stock needs, public exposure, automation, and invoicing.

Can I complete a sale outside the platform?

We don’t place restrictions on this, but we strongly advise against communicating or completing transactions outside of Regrab. In this case, we cannot guarantee your safety or protect your payment. Furthermore, the more you buy and sell on Regrab, the more you become a trusted user for the community, making it easier to sell in the future.

Where is Regrab available?

We are active throughout the European Union, as well as in Switzerland (CH) and the United Kingdom (GB). Shipments between these countries are tracked, secure, and managed directly between seller and buyer.

And if my country isn’t supported?

You can still create an account to receive updates. However, for now, you won’t be able to buy or sell until we are active in your country. We’re working on it!

Does Regrab truly promote sustainability?

Yes, in a tangible way. We extend the useful life of products, reduce waste, and create a virtuous cycle where equipment can continue to live, generate experiences, and value.
